Art Club (Ms. Martin/ashmartin@stcharlessd.org) You don't have to be an artist to join. Art Club is for students who love art and for those who just like to create and experiment. Whether you are enrolled in an art class or not, take the opportunity to explore mediums and meet other students who share the same interests as you. Art Club meets in H108 on Tuesdays @ 2:30-3:30pm. "You are welcome to come in during AIP (with a request in person or email) to make art any time!"
Breakfast Club (Mr. Seyer@stcharlessd.org) We eat breakfast . . . really early before school (usually 6:00am) on Friday mornings, mainly during football season at different area restaurants such as; Denny's, I-Hop and Bob Evans. @SCW_BreakfastBSU = Black Student Union (Ms. Van Houten/lvanhouten@stcharlessd.org) To increase awareness and apreciation for African American issues, history and culture among the student body. To serve SCW with cultural, educational, and social initiatives as we aim to build leaders, promote unity and contribute to student success. To promote activities of common interest, as well as cultural and educational benefit, for all students. To provide students with guidance needed, both academicaly and socially, while attending school and long after school.

Game Enthusiast (Ms. Gates/sgates@stcharlessd.org) Interested in playing games of all kinds? Game Enthusiasts club meets in the library after school on Thursdays.Gaming Club/eSports SCW Esports is a collection of competitive Esports teams on campus. We compete against other schools in various games. "Super Smash Bros Ultimate:, "Valorant", "Rocket League", and "Overwatch:. Players try out and get to join teams they will practice and compete with in order to advance into the State Championship competition. Our goal each season is to field both a Varsity and JV team for each game. Practice time and completion time vary depending on the game.
HOSA (Erik Jameson/ejameson@stcharlessd.org) HOSA is a school organization that stands for Health Occupations Students of America. It is an international organization that focuses on medical careers. Their goal is to promote career opportunities in the healthcare industry. Our core values are learning, leadership, service and innovation. In our organization you have the opportunity of scholarships, internships, and so much more. You can find out more by going to Missouri HOSA website or coming to our meetings. Anyone who is interested in the health professions are welcome to join.

Key Club (Mrs. Weil/nweil@stcharlessd.org) Key club is a student lead organization that teaches leadership through service to others. Members of the Kiwanis International family, Key Club members build themselves as they build their communities. They meet on Thursday mornings at 6:50am in A107. @SCW_KeyClubMAC Scholars Program (Mrs. Curry/ycurry@stcharlessd.org) Website The Multicultural Achievement Council, also referred to as the MAC Scholars program, is designed to provide students with the skills and support they need to be successful academically. The purpose of the MAC Scholars Program is to encourage students of color to strive for high achievement, reach their potential, acquire college and vocational knowledge, and to become college and career-ready.

This organization promotes scholarship, leadership, service and character in our school and community. They meet every other Wednesday throughout the year at 6:45am or 7:00am in the auditorium. Renaissance (Mrs. Hockmeyer/ahockmeyer@stcharlessd.org and Mrs. Weil/nweil@stcharlessd.org) Is an incentive program nationally recognized to continuously improve the quality of students and staff leadership, student academic performance, student citizenship, and quality education at St. Charles West. The program offers a variety of rewards and incentives for outstanding student academic performance and improvement, student citizenship, as well as exemplary citizenship and attendance. @SCWestRen

Science Club (Mrs. Mueller/jmueller@stcharlessd.org) Science Club is responsible for the paper recycling throughout the school. The funds raised from the paper recycling are used to pay for science competitions that members of the science club participate in. They meet on Mondays' after school in room B112.
SCW Players (Mr. Lenger/mlenger@stcharlessd.org) @scwplayers: Drama Club is open to all students. They perform two plays and a musical each year giving students opportunities in both performances and technical theatre. Students that are actively involved in theatre have the opportunity to join the International Thespian Society; an honor organization that is an extension of drama club.

Sister Cities (Mrs. Spies/jspies@stcharlessd.org) Sister Cities program offers a 2 week student exchange with Ludwigsburg, German and Inishowen, Ireland. The program is on a rotating year. Odd year being Irish Exchange and even years being the German Exchange. Priorities for hosting are given to sophomores; however other students are considered. Students interested can sign up in April.

STUCO Student Council (Mrs. Lisa Bourgeade/libourgeade@stcharlessd.org and Mrs. Jennifer Mueller/jmueller@stcharlessd.org) In Student Council our main goal is to get students involved in school community. We organize activities, participate in school functions, and encourage new members to join all the time. We explore student issues and look for solutions through student participation and collaboration while respecting all student voices. They meet on Thursdays' in the library during AIP at 10:15. @SCWStuCo
