• When the nurse calls you to pick up your child, due to illness or injury, we ask that you be as prompt as possible.  The size of the clinic prevents effective isolation of the child.  The more effective we can be in limiting students' exposure to contagious organisms, the healthier our student body will be.

Students running a fever of 100 degrees or above  should not be sent to school in the morning. If your child begins to run a fever during the school day, arrangements will be made for the child to be picked up from school by a parent or emergency contact. Students need to be fever-free for 24 hours without the use of acetaminophen (Tylenol) or ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil) before returning to school.
