Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)- Our Adolescent IOP meets 5 days a week.
- We treat all genders, ages 13 - 18.
- Your teen receives individualized attention, as well as peer support. The program incorporates family-based treatment and encourages active parental involvement in recovery, including separate parent groups.
- We offer hybrid programming (combination of in-person and virtual).
Our Adolescent IOP is the only program in the St. Louis area which offers Family Based Treatment (FBT), shown to be the most effective treatment for Adolescents Eating Disorders.
Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
- Our Adult IOP meets 6 days a week.
- We treat all genders, ages 18+.
- Family groups are also included.
- Adult IOP is aimed at symptom reduction and re-establishing healthy patterns while maintaining work or home responsibilities.
