The SCSD Board of Education put Proposition SCSD on the April 8, 2025 ballot. Proposition SCSD is a no-tax-rate increase bond issue that would provide $90 million to improve and maintain our school facilities without raising the current property tax rate.

Aurora, a kindergartner at Coverdell Elementary, participated in The Tri-County Regional Science Fair and took first place in the Kindergarten Biology division for her carnation experiment.

For nearly 12 years, our Transition Program Coordinator Mrs. Peggy Shelton has been a Missouri Transition Liaison through DESE, and she recently earned the role for another year!
