    Position: Assembler I - Required Skill: Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic assembly.• Machine repair and rebuilding.
    • Lift, position, and secure machined parts on surface plates or worktables, using hoists, vises, v-blocks, or angle plates. • Measure, mark, and scribe metal to lay out machining, using instruments such as protractors, micrometers, scribes, and rulers. • Operates drill press, grinder, welder, blaster, paint equipment, and small power tools to assist in assembly operation. • Verifies conformance of finished assembly or sub-assemblies to specifications to assure quality.
    • Conduct test runs with completed machines and sub-assemblies to ensure that parts meet operational requirements. • Reads and interprets drawings, sketches, and manuals to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished assembly or sub-assembly. • Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
    • Provide support with Material handling, shipping & receiving and kitting parts • Completes all necessary process, attendance, and quality records as required.
     
    Position: Machinist I - Required Skills: Calculates and sets controls to regulate machining variables such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut, or enters commands to retrieve input, or edit computerized machine controls. • Verifies conformance of finished work piece to specification to assure quality. • Reads and interprets drawings, sketches, specifications, and manuals to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements. • Selects, aligns, and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines.
    • Maintains acceptable levels of production against standards. • Maintains a clean and safe work environment. • Completes all necessary production, process, attendance, and quality records as required.
     
    Position: Welder I -Required Skills: Examines materials to be repaired to determine the strength and heating properties of parent metals and alloys.
    • Studies simple sketches to determine needed repairs or construction. • Determines the type of equipment and amount of heat needed to make a repair or construct a metal article. • Prepares items for welding by disassembling parts and acquiring needed parts. • Lays out, cuts, and fits material for welding. 
    • Uses welding equipment to burn, cut through or join metal pieces
