On September 20, 2016, the St. Charles City Council approved an ordinance creating a residential permit parking district (RPPD) on certain streets around St. Charles High School. The ordinance will become effective on November 1, 2016 and will allow for residents only to park on the streets around St. Charles High School during the hours of 7:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Friday whenever St. Charles High School is in session. Vehicles parked on the streets during the restricted times, that do not display a sticker identifying them as a resident’s vehicle, will be subjected to a ticket from the St. Charles Police Department. Please refer to the map as to where students will be allowed to park on the streets around St. Charles High School during the school day. The green areas on the map are the allowed student parking areas around SCHS and it will be on a first come first park basis.
If you do not already have a parking pass for the student lot - NOW is the time to obtain one for $50.00 from Mrs. Gartner in Main Office!
