    Friday, November 16th:

    -SCW PTO Fundraiser Night at Panera on Wednesday, November 21st from 4-8 pm.  Please come out and support SCW PTO!  Be sure to bring the flyer or show an electronic version and Panera will donate a portion of the proceeds to SCW PTO.  You can also order online using code “PRFUND”.  For the flyer click here: Panera Fundraiser Flyer

    ***Attention all 9-11 grade students: Make sure you join your Class Google Classroom prior to Monday (11/19) AIP!  If you need the classroom code sent to you again please email your guidance counselor. *** 

    Club News

    -Science Club:  Will meet after school on Monday’s in room #B112. 

    -Girls Who Code: Every Monday at 2:30pm in C108.

    -The SCW Annual Food Drive will be held from November 6th through the 20th.  See the signs posted around the building, on Twitter and on our website with what your class is responsible for bringing.  This is a class competition with the winning class getting a point for the Winter Sports Assembly.  Let's help out our community and provide food for those in need!  (StuCo Food Drive Flyer)

    -FBLA: Will meet every B-Day Tuesday. 

    -FCCLA: Will meet after school every Tuesday in room #C114.  All are welcome! 

    -Art Club:  Will meet in Bildner's room, H110, on Tuesday's during AIP.  Stop by and get a pass. 

    -FOR (Friends of Rachel) Club:  Will meet on Tuesday’s during AIP in the Guidance Office.  If you are interested in joining, please come by!

    -StuCo will meet Thursday during AIP starting at 10:20am again.  See Ms. Gates for a pass.

    -Key Club:  Our annual blood drive has been rescheduled for Tuesday, November 27th.  *you must be at least 16 (with a permission form). 

    *if you’re 17 you don’t need a form 

    *weigh 110 pounds 

    Our theme for the blood drive will be USA to honor our veterans. 

    -The Tribe will meet in Holland's room (B101) TODAY (11/16) during AIP. Be sure to show up. We have lots to discuss. Get your pass from Holland before the meeting.

    Guidance News

    -Attention all Juniors:  There will be a mandatory CAPS meeting Monday, November 26th during AIP.  You will be released via intercom.

    ***All SCW Students:  Please join the Google classroom for your graduation year! Example, Seniors join Class of 2019. Check your email for the code to join. All counseling updates, reminders, and enrollment for next year will be completed through the Google classrooms. See Mrs. Moran with any questions.***

    ***St. Charles Community College – Be Ready applications are in the Guidance Office.***

    -Attention Seniors: Please pay attention when requesting transcripts on Parchment. Your Grad/Leave year is 2019. Please make sure you are using the correct year. Alumni (2018 Grads and earlier) now have to pay for transcripts, yours is still free until August 2019.

    -Irish History Writing Contest: All students are eligible to enter. This year the theme is "Heroes and Heroines in Celtic Mythology and Celebrations." Cash prizes are given at the Division, State and National level. Division level entries are to be received by November 15th.  See Ms. Swift in the Guidance office for information.
