Facility Use

1. Hourly rate plus $42.50 per hour when a regular custodian is not on duty. A minimum of two hours will be charged when a regular custodian is not on duty. An hourly rate of $50 per hour will be charged for an Event Supervisor and an hourly rate of $50 per hour will be charged for security when, in the opinion of the Activities Director, an Event Supervisor and/or security is necessary. The district may also charge fees for use of lights, scoreboards, PA systems and field markers.
2. Rental spaces are available during nonschool hours until 10:00 p.m., including weekends. No district facility can be rented during the following periods: federal and state holidays, winter break and spring break. Rental of district facilities during summer break may be limited.

Please print and return the complete facilities use application to the building principal at least two weeks before the requested date.

Ball field rentals will begin March 7.

This year we are able to offer two field choices. Harris Elementary will be available for rental April - July, 2025. St Charles West JV field (closest to the stoplight) will be available for rental June - July, 2025. Our other fields will NOT be available for rent as they will be undergoing field maintenance and upgrades.
