SCW Dual Credit Reimbursment

The Missouri State Department of Education has made funding available to reimburse parents who paid for dual credit (college credit) courses from March 13, 2020 - May 26, 2023.  You may be eligible for reimbursement If your student was enrolled in a dual credit course and earned a passing grade during the following school year.
  • March 13, 2020 - May 2021
  • August 2021 - May 2022
  • August 2022 - May 2023
If you believe your student qualifies and you wish to apply for reimbursement, the St. Charles School District needs documentation that identifies the dual credit course and post secondary institution, the cost of the course, and verification of payment for the course.  The application has more details about types of acceptable documentation.
 
Possible reimbursement will take place on a first come first serve basis.  The application process will close on September 25, 2023.  Please apply for reimbursement by completing the form linked below.
