Congratulations to Hardin Middle School band instructor Jeffrey Collier on being named the 2022-23 City of St. Charles School District Teacher of the Year! Mr. Collier was named the HMS teacher of the year back in December and won SCSD teacher of the year out of a field of outstanding candidates.

 

Mr. Collier's class was so fired up by the announcement they treated District and HMS admin and Mr. Collier's family to a rousing rendition of "Armory" by Randall D. Standridge.
