Tina Adams named MOASBO Support Staff Member of the Year

Tina Adams awardThe Missouri Association of School Business Officials (MoASBO) has announced that Tina Adams has been named this year's Support Staff Member of the Year. Adams was nominated by her MoASBO peers for demonstrating dedication, collaboration, and contributions to her district and community. Tina Adams is the Business coordinator for the City of St. Charles School District. She is responsible for assisting with the budget and payroll, processing bond payments, and preparing retirement reports. Additionally, she serves as a backup for the benefits specialist and business specialist. Adams is also a recent ASBOI Emerging Leader who participated in the MoASBO mentor program. According to Paul Northington, President of the MoASBO Board of Directors, "Tina's background includes a wide variety of skills, which will be an asset to her future success in this profession." The Support Staff Member of the Year Award is sponsored annually by the Missouri Association of School Business Officials to recognize one of its outstanding members. It is a peer recognition program established to acknowledge an active member who has demonstrated excellence in service to their school district, community, profession, and MoASBO. The award recognizes an individual's accomplishments and contributions.
